State Manager - Cheyenne, WY (part-time)

As a Wyoming Broker Representative for BRJ Wine & Spirits you will initially be responsible for wine market visits with suppliers/management and setting up tastings for suppliers.

  • Focus on core wine brands and other wines/spirits.
  • Manage field activities related to product and brand distribution.
  • Implement key promotion programs with retailers.
  • Monitor all depletions and samples.
  • Relationship building with accounts in each respective sector (on & off premise). 

You will be expected to manage the sales territory to achieve company and supplier goals by:

  • Observe and collect market intelligence such as:
    • Identify potential opportunities and threats to the brand(s).
    • Collect inputs on promotional activities competitors as well as pricing data.
  • Monthly reporting to include: market activities, promotions, and target lists
  • Handle and administer marketing related events for customers such as:
    • Tastings
    • Wine dinners
    • Seminars


  • High school diploma/GED 
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Computer proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and Word.
  • Reside in Wyoming
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of registration and insurance.  Acceptable driving record is a must.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Lift and carry 35+lbs (equivalent of a case of wine).
  • Previous experience in restaurant or beverage industry is preferred.
